Getting Started
We have put together a number of quick guides including a getting started guide which can be found here: https://smarthomeshopuk.com/ha
For the initial setup it is highly recommended to have a monitor or TV with HDMI support and a USB keyboard. It is possible to get started without these using wired Ethernet. Any troubleshooting is likely to require a screen and keyboard.

Note: The T5 does have Bluetooth but it is not officially compatible with Home Assistant and is not guaranteed to work. We recommend a compatible dongle for Bluetooth support.

We provide devices installed with Home Assistant for convenience
Further knowledge is still required to configure the various integrations and add-ons.
While we will do our best to support device issues we cannot feasibly provide support for software, integration or add-on issues.
If the device is booting and generally working then there is a good chance other issues relate to configuration.
