Overview
Shelly 1 Gen3 is a single-channel WiFi-operated smart relay with dry (potential-free) contacts, designed for controlling a wide range of electrical appliances and systems. With support for AC and DC power, it is suitable for lighting, sockets, garage doors, gates, irrigation systems, boilers, and contactor control.
Powered by Shelly’s Gen3 platform with an 8MB ESP processor, Shelly 1 Gen3 delivers faster responsiveness, improved reliability, and expanded integration options. It connects directly to Wi-Fi with no hub required and includes Bluetooth for quick onboarding and gateway functionality.
Its compact form factor allows installation behind wall switches or inside electrical enclosures, while the dry contact relay enables safe switching of different voltage sources independent of the device’s power supply.
