KinCony KC868-AI – 48-Channel ESP32 Input Controller
The KinCony KC868-AI is a high-density 48-channel ESP32 input controller designed for large-scale monitoring, data acquisition and automation systems. Built around the ESP32-WROOM-32E, it provides opto-isolated dry-contact inputs with both Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity for reliable integration into structured control panels.
With 48 opto-isolated digital inputs, RS485, dual RS232 ports, IR receiver, 433 MHz RF header, I2C expansion and exposed GPIO, the KC868-AI functions as a flexible frontend input module for Home Assistant, ESPHome, MQTT, Modbus, Arduino, ESP-IDF, MicroPython, and KCS firmware. It is suitable for sensor aggregation, security panels, industrial monitoring and custom ESP32-based control systems.
