Overview
The XIAO MR60BHA2 Sensor Kit is a 60GHz mmWave module designed for advanced presence detection, breathing and heartbeat monitoring, and ambient light sensing. Powered by the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C6 and pre-flashed with ESPHome firmware, it offers direct, no-code integration with Home Assistant. Ideal for home automation, health and safety monitoring, and elderly-care applications, with support for extending functionality through a Grove expansion port.

Installation / Application Notes
• Requires USB power (5 V / 1 A recommended)
• For accurate breathing/heartbeat detection, mount the device stationary and point toward subject within 1.5 m
• Avoid placing near moving fans, curtains, or reflective surfaces, which may interfere with mmWave sensing
• Ambient light sensor can provide fast (1s) update intervals for automations
• Grove port supports PIR, relays, and most Grove I/O modules
