reTerminal E1002 is a 7.3″ full-colour open-source ePaper display powered by an ESP32-S3, designed for ultra-low-power dashboards, visual information displays, and development projects. It ships fully assembled with a built-in battery and enclosure, making it ideal for colourful smart home dashboards, digital frames, office displays, and embedded development.
The device runs SenseCraft HMI firmware out of the box for no-code dashboard creation, while also supporting ESPHome for Home Assistant dashboards, TRMNL e-ink dashboards, and custom development using Arduino or ESP-IDF. Its ultra-low power design enables battery life of up to three months, making it well suited to static dashboards and information displays.
