Overview

Shelly Dimmer Gen3 is a single-channel Wi-Fi smart dimming controller with power measurement, designed for flexible and precise lighting control. It supports operation with or without a neutral wire, making it suitable for both modern and older electrical installations, while delivering reliable trailing-edge dimming across a wide range of dimmable loads.

Built on the ESP-Shelly-C3 processor with 8 MB memory, the device offers fast local response, advanced automation, and extended wireless range. It connects directly over Wi-Fi with no hub required, uses Bluetooth for easy setup, and can act as a Bluetooth gateway for Shelly BLU devices. Power monitoring is available when a neutral wire is connected. A bypass is required when operating without neutral on loads below 20 W.
