The Home Assistant Voice Preview Edition is the first dedicated voice assistant designed specifically for Home Assistant. Built on ESPHome and powered by an ESP32-S3 with an XMOS audio processor, it provides high-quality local voice control with optional cloud processing and seamless integration with the Home Assistant Assist voice system.

The device includes dual microphones with advanced noise processing, a hardware mute switch, a multicolour LED ring, rotary dial controls, and a 3.5 mm audio output for external speakers. Its compact enclosure and open hardware design make it ideal for adding private, local voice control to any room in a Home Assistant smart home.
